Juicing a stock A4???????
I don't have juice yet but plan on spraying both my SS and my WS6; both cars are six speeds though not autos. The stock M6 has no problem handeling spray(to a certain degree of course) it's all in the clutch, as we all know. My question concerns the stock TH-4L60E. As you see in my SIG that I also have a 1998 Z28 with an automatic. I plan to spray the Z28 in the future and will definetly use a TnT kit. As we all know the TnT wet kits give SICK torque increases. I have curious as to the lifespan of the stock A4 with juice. I know it depends on driving style and amount of nitrous usage but on average...how long until the A4 burns up? I see a lot of people on the forum spraying their stock f-bodies and a lot of them have autos. I had a brand new 1995 Firebird Formula with an A4 all stock and that trans burn up at 20k miles.

What size shot....it'll handle 100 shot all day long...
150...you're pushing it...if you don't hit the 150 all the time you should be fine for awhile.

on a stock A4....you would be putting 475-525 thru your tranny.....I put my H/C package with my TNT kit thru my A4 thru my stock tranny....came out to about 540.....my tranny took it for about 17,000 before it pooped out but I only sprayed once in a blue moon....
just depends on how much you plan on spraying and how much hp ur making N/A

my 98z has just turned 100k, and I am spraying 125 shot. It handles like a champ, and has no problem taking a Z06! Its still ticking, but its always good to have a dad like mine that builds tranys for aliven! lol

When it wants to go, it will go. No need for window for A4. Like said above it's like the toss of a coin. I spray though the shifts, and a high stall with pressure increased in tranny, so far no problem. However let point out I got a TCI ssf 460LE waiting in the garage just in case
