Nitrous or meth?

Callie's 383 stroker lt4 splayed 4bolt..afr heads, rollers, comp cam 499/501. Vortech supercharged @11psi.. Thinking of a dual 58mm plate system, or methanol.. And how much should I spray??

What is your goals or reason for wanting to add nitrous/meth? I can help figure out what is best for your setup if you tell me a little bit more about what you are wanting to do.
