nitrous shelf life?

nitrous shelf life? Does nitrous have a shelf life where you shouldn't use it anymore? We picked up a 64 lb. mother bottle yesterday which should last us a while. Just curious how long that will "keep".
I'll call you Brandon when I get a free second to order the gravity feed kit so that we can start filling our own bottles.

No shelf life....
I talked to a guy this week that broke out a full bottle that had been sitting for 5yrs according to him and had no issues at all when spraying.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the comments. Also, that was a good read regarding certification. We bought our mother bottle from AirGas so when it goes back you trade it on a new one so that one will be fine. I didn't realize that you need to have bottles checked every 5 years but that makes sense. I'll need to find out where to do that as I'm sure my bottles are almost that old and I know they have never been looked at. Nitrous doesn't scare me but after I burnt my fingers with it I now have more respect and will approach it differently.
