domestic disturbance

I have a FJO controller, ( I think all mini controllers a program about the same) hold the button down until green light quits flashing and then WOT 2 times, well I have did the process numerous times and I can not get my Programmer to Program! The Yellow and Red light just keep flashing, And when I turn controller off and back on it flashes green real fast!

Car is a 02 z06!

Any input would be appreciated!
