I hope so I've gone through 2 ls6 intakes. I've Installed panels in my lsx and one on another car but they haven't been put through the test yet...

Why are you blowing these intakes?

If you're blowing up intakes with your setup you've got bigger problems.

if you gonna spend $ on intakes a few times, might as well upgrade to DP and save the $ on intakes.

Wouldn't we have to have a spark event with an open intake valve?

I'm going to assume Tuning issues caused both. I have adequate fuel but had a mail order tune. After the second backfire on a little 100shot (both as I shift into 4th) of tnt I put it on the dyno and this was what I got. Notice on the nitrous run this was just a 75 shot and I had my maft set to 10% rich. Since this I've added a 90mm lsx, tpis TB, but have yet to dyno tune or spray. I should probably get that taken car of don't you think?

Looks RICH at wide open throttle. "Fuel puddling in intake maybe".
