Default My new setup...

Well, I picked this kit up used from a member on the board, basically all ready to go. Got it installed on my nice shiny manifold today. I'm still waiting for the new engine to put it on, but hopefully it'll be here ASAP.

The throttle body I did myself. I may add epoxy for the IAC side as well (I don't use the standard PCV setup, so that's totally blocked).

Cool. When you testing it out? Take some installed pics too please.

I'm still waiting on my 6.0L setup to get here, once it's here I'll get it all dropped in and take some pictures. I hope to have the engine tested by the end of May, and then start spraying once I'm comfortable with that.

I'm currently waiting for my FJO progressive controller and the rest of my fuel system parts.

For anyone who doesn't note the signature, this goes in a ~2650 lbs RX7.

600 for the complete system, minus the controller and a couple of fittings.

I would like to here a little more about your custom pcv system, you have a link to another old thread about it?

Thanks Dave. It's not quite as nice as some of the art I've seen you produce, but it'll do, especially for the price.

I don't have another thread about it off hand, but I can describe it pretty easily, as it's really simple.

I have a line from an AN fitting on my drivers valve cover that goes to a T fitting that connects to the passenger valve cover then to a sealed catch can with a petcock to drain it. It then connects to an AN fitting set into the side of the intake just behind the throttle body (where the factory PCV connects I believe).

Then I also run a one way vented oil cap (vents air out, but not back in, supposedly) to help with any pressure the system can't handle. It's all 6 AN so I think it will breathe plenty well without the cap, and I may swap back to a normal cap.

It seemed to do a good job when I ran the car with the LS1 in it, but I had some oil leak issues, so I was never really able to completely test it. My engine didn't come with the stock PCV system, so something was in order, and I built this one for 35 bucks + spare parts I had laying around.

Well, I'm STILL waiting on my long block to ship, so in interim, I've been piecing together my fuel system for the nitrous; Holley Blue pump, NOS regulator to -8AN line to a BG Fuel Systems "Y" block with a -4 AN line from a gauge port to a backlit gauge (so I can check it at the track at night) for the fuel pressure. It's got a 40 u filter inline as well. I'm still waiting on my 1 gallon RCI cell (sumped, with -8 fittings to come in. The BG block feeds dual 6 AN to the noids. All in all it's WAY overkill for the 200 shot I'm planning, but if I ever decide to step it up (I work on 5 second motorcycles, I'm sure I'll step it up at some point LOL), I should be prepared. The entire system is braided lines and AN fittings, so servicing is easy, and damn if it isn't pretty.

Here's a picture of the setup as it sits (still waiting on the cell, it's backordered at Summit).
