Its very much worth it. Think about how much junk could be in the gas that you fill your bottle with, most refill stations have a small post filter but that never catches everything.

I have a -6an filter on my kits.

Never ran a filter on my kit. Then again, I only sprayed the car three times.

Depending on what size shot you're running, it could end up being a restriction. Most cases its not a bad idea to run one. Thanks.

I feel the Nitrous Filter is cheap insurance. I run one on all my systems..

A spec of trash the size of a grain of salt can hang a solenoid open. We have a customer right now that was running a dry system with no filter. The solenoid hung open and since the nozzle was plumbed after the mass air meter the car had no way to know it needed the extra fuel. The car went lean resulting in a huge back fire that burned the car down.

A simple piece of trash under the plunger is more than likely to blame.

I say put a filter in the system...

if you have an nos style valve, run the wilson filters. they are a filter/bottle adapter all in one.
very nice piece. will not fit nx or nitrous outlet valves. i think there is one other.

I have the AN fittings that have the screens made into them. I just removed them to re-do some stuff and they had some debris in them. I guess I'll be getting a filter too.
