First drive of Spring! WooHoo!!
Just had to share, cuz it's been such a long road to get it here....
Well, FINALLY a beautiful, near-perfect day to go for a drive I still have a lot left to sort out on the car, but was able to take some pics today over in TMoney's neck of the woods. It felt good to be behind the wheel of it, rather than turning wrenches on it. I've only been able to log roughly 1k miles on this car over the past 4-5 years....200 of that was today. As soon as the Miata is back on the road, this one will be completed The hood was not lined up correctly in the new pics, but I was able to make it right this evening. Still a bit buggy, but here it is.....
Last year....

Thanks guys. It's been a long friggin' time comin'....and there's still a bit more to do. But it looks like I should finally have it finished in the next 2-3 months at most. Tires are M/T 26x12 in the rear...probably gonna go a little wider on the next pair if I can find something that looks good. I had a set of M&H Racemaster 345/35/18's on it...and they'll work fine for the track....but was a little too much for the street. They are for sale, BTW...never used! LOL

All-in-all, it didn't turn out too bad....and they're a bit less expensive than Fikse wheels.
