Default Tranny sale

Ok guys i am trying to sell this for a chris, he is on this forum, but due to slow internete connection has problems veiwing it. So i told him i would post it for him.

It is a t-56 out of a 98 trans am with 88,000 miles on it. It needs a 5-6 syncro, and comes with the clutch and flywheel. He wants 500$ local pickup only.

Let me know guys.

Lets see what my husband has to say himself because right now his truck is being held off in order to get my car on the road.

Just so you know, (although I wish I had the extra money right now) T-56 are really easy to ship with one of those plastic storage containers and fedex ground. I shipped one to TX for $72. Just a heads up alot of people think they are a bitch to ship...

hmmmmm, I could use a back up tranny. Give that one to Ellis to freshen up and run what I have until it pops. Now where can I find 500 bones.

Is there a difference for the t-56 between LT1 and LS1 engines? If it would work behind a LT1 I might be interested (If I can get the wife to go along).
