Made some progress lately. Stripped the interior to redo it, removed the rest of the A/C stuff, over radiator intake installed, T-top area rust repaired and T-top area painted black, got the doors and ground effects painted, next is to paint the engine compartment, then the fenders and front bumper. Heres a video of it at this point - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7LH2...ature=youtu.be

This car didn't come with an upper dash pad. I found one locally for $50. It was already busted and it busted more when I removed it of course. The plan is to fiberglass it back together and cover it with vinyl and never have to worry about it again. First pic is when I got it home. The 2nd pic is of it taped with gorilla tape so I can glass the backside. I then realized I didn't have enough mat and resin to do it all! It should work out okay. One of the coolest puzzles I've ever done lol.

Got the fenders painted. Fenders and door haven't been sanded and buffed yet.Working on the upper dash, then the new windshield goes in!! And yes, this is the red car in my avatar. I'll have to change that soon!

Made some progress. Got a new windshield finally put in, got the bumper on, restored the fog lights, and I should be getting an original WS6 hood soon. I freakin love this picture!

Love the color and the car! I am curious if you used 1999 Hugger Orange or 1969 Hugger Orange? I have been told that they are actually different shades, but I really have not seen them side by side, or have any supporting information for that claim. I absolutely love it!

I actually used 1997 SS Camaro Hugger Orange. I think the only thing they used it on was the white SS cars that had orange stripes. And yes it is slightly different then the 1969 Hugger Orange.

Looks really good. Looking forward to seeing it with the WS6 hood on it. I actually ended up with another OEM hood now. It's damaged behind the passenger side headlamp area, but hopefully it's not too bad of a fix.
