Formula to Trans Am Conversion (Updated Pictures)
After seeing pictures of Dope-Fedz's car on LS1Tech, I started toying with the idea of adding a TA Hatch, Bumper and side skirts since I painted the car last year, I pulled the trigger this past week and I really couldn't be happier. I still need to wet-sand and buff the car out and will do that this weekend. Sorry for the grainy Iphone pics.
The car is Ashen Gray Metallic.

With the hood, color, and wheels, I liked the Formula hatch more! Car looks awesome, regardless.
The rear bumper and side skirts look great.
Has anyone done a Formula with the TA side skirts and rear bumper, only?

exactly what I want to do to mine when I get the cash, I hate this water trap of a rear spoiler. now how about some more "street" looking wheels/tires that setup looks like your headed for a drag strip.

formula/firebird spoilers suck they hold water whenever you wash it or it rains and when you pop the hatch you have to raise it part way and stop till the water runs down the channel between the quarter panel and weatherstripping or else you get a flood of water inside the car, if you don't get the puddle off then it dries out and you get this heavy dirt spot from all the crap that the puddle collected while it was there.

yes once budget allows, those are my plans, T/A side skirts, T/A rear bumper, T/A hatch and superhawk hood, now as for how far away that is, probably 2 years unless I get a some serious extra cash. as it sits tax return money this year will likely go to tires hopefully the following year will be body mods.
