My car is black. Actually my avatar pic is the one this is for. So here's my questions. First best primer/adhesive to use. Paint and clear brand to use? This will be a diy paint job. I'm familiar with all the work and steps. I don't want the paint coming out a brownish color as I have seen this before. I want it to look good and last. I don't mind spending some extra money to do it right. Should I use an adhesive and primer in one? Or seperate? I'm leaning towards DBC paint and shop line clear or DuPont chromabase paint/clear. I've used both with good results. Just looking for info and what other people have used. Thx.

If it helps at all the place that did mine was a scuff ,prime,shoot, only was cgarged 150. 00 and has looked good for 2 years

if the hood is new make dam sure to bake that hood or you'll be very sorry!!!!! I use k2 primer and Chromabase and clear. a $150 to scuff, prime, paint and clear sounds real cheap!
