Default windshield molding

Looking for windshield molding? Had to remove windshield, to repair rust and water leak. Coming in from top of windshield, where t tops meet windshield. Glass guy, destroyed molding. During windshield removal, but didn't break glass. Would like parts # or recommend where to get factory style molding.

Have you tried Hawks Third Gen or Classic Industries?

I got an aftermarket piece from the windshield guy that helped me with my hardtop. So maybe an auto glass shop carries them.

Well I just had a well known glass company. Turned awayed from replacing my windshield. They had a cheap, poor quality windshield molding, that I refuse to have installed on my car. I'm really having a hard time, finding a good quality molding. Need help asap.

What year is your car?

I recently had to get my windshield replaced. Most shops actually turned me away until I could find an OEM moulding for my 1999 Camaro t-top so that they wouldn't have to worry about ruining the old one.

My car is in excellent shape with low mileage and the moulding was pretty much mint... ended up going to a windshield shop who removed it without any issue and was able to re-use it on the new windshield.
