Painting "Standox Red Rocket" Ongoing project
Get tired of my LT look and decided to Convert to LS front and rear, buyed a wrecked LS1 on e-bay, shipped it to Norway and started to work
The beginning
Stripped the car at home in my garage, ready for transport to paint shop
Arrived paint shop, Raptor hood from Suncoast performance
Sanded and ready for primer
Primed
Primed doors
Final preparations, cleaning
Masking
Paint sample, Standox Red Rocket on black base
Underside of hood, plain red

Sure, we thought about it, and we was worried to paint the car in parts, but we tried and it seems like it is no problem with this paint and colour.... You only have to be acurate when mixing the paint, and have the same viscosity on the finished mix....
