Default Headlight doors out of wack

I *think* this is the most appropriate section to post this in.

Anyway, basically my headlight doors don't line up with my hood very well.My passenger side door is kind of sunk in on the back side of the door, and the driver side sticks up too high on the back side of the door.No idea how this happened.

Wondering if there's an easy way to align them with the hood.I already tinkered with the manual headlight adjustments.Doesn't help.

Here are some pictures of the mess:

Help appreciated.Thanks.

There's really no "easy" way to align them, as it involves some time and patience. But if you look closely at the metal cover, you'll see that it's attached with screws. I believe there are 2 in the back. You'll need to pop your hood to get to those with the light down. After you take those out, turn your lights on to pup them up, you should see 2 more screws, one on each side. Remove those and the cover should come right off. After you remove the cover, it should look like this on top:

Now just look for the little pegs that are sticking up at the 4 corners, here they are circled:

You just have to tighten them to lower that corner, loosen them to raise it. They also slide around a bit if you loosen them enough, that way you can straighten it out. I haven't done this for a while, so forgive me if these directions seem kind of vague. It's pretty self explanatory though once you get the cover off and see for yourself.

Then main reason I never really got into the T/As were those damn pop-up headlights. Kudos to Chevrolet for making the C6 with fixed headlights! Hope you got it fixed though!
