I have a forged Scat 3.9" crank for $350 that would work with these parts:
Mahle 4032 forged pistons (406 cu in) -12cc dish, 4.07 bore, 1.175" Comp Height - works with 3.900" Stroke crank and 6.125" rods, custom ring package included - $400

Dave has some used 6.125" forged rods to go with this. That means for a little over $1K you have a complete forged rotating assembly!

Rick at Valley Engine and Machine did it, he has over 30 years experience sleeving block and it is done on a CNC machine. It is fresh and not used since machining. Steve at Race Engine Developement did the doweling of the main caps. Let me know if you want it, it's a hell of a block!
