The heads are a Stage 2 ported 853 centerbolt head, ported by TEA. They have around 4,000 miles on them with a mild cam. These have a 64CC combustion chamber, that has been opened up for a 4" bore. I just had them disassembled, cleaned, and checked, and:
-Had BRAND NEW Viton valve seals installed
-Were Vacuum tested, all ports sealed to AT LEAST 20in"

They will come completely assembled with:
-Comp Dual Springs (Ti Retainers ETC.)
-2.02/1.60 SS Ferrea Valves

Yes they will still work on the 3.98-3.905 bore stuff. But its really for a 4.00" bore. will work with stock pistons but PTV needs to be checked based on you're cam. I had to fly cut for the speed inc SI6 cam.
