This kit uses truck manifolds and stainless 2.5" pipes for the hot side. Has T6 flange with each bank separated to utilize a divided turbine housing. Hot side was designed to work with truck accessories, but will likely work with most LS accessory drives. I set this up to use factory clutch style fan, so the hot side is routed down and under the radiator. Turbo placement is transverse mounted behind passenger headlight. Includes wastegate, not sure of brand. this wastegate is a bit too small as it will allow boost creep on this big 475 turbo, however, it did work well when I had the 70mm garrett turbo.
Down pipe is 5" with O2 sensor bung welded in. exits in front of steering gear box. must use electric fans and move radiator about 1" forward to utilize this down pipe. Hotside: $450
This kit includes edelbrock Victor jr. intake and blow through 750 proform carb. This carb worked well on my 6.0, but was just a little too big for the 4.8 and big turbo. It has one front bowl screw stripped in the center section, this could be easily fixed by drilling and tapping the bowl screws to 1/4" studs. intake and carb: Intake & carb: $500.
MSD box is the 6010 model with engine harness. Has ignition map loaded that will work well with this setup. no MAP sensor required, but can be added on this setup. MSD setup: $175
I am including the cold side piping, but its not all that pretty. Chrome 4" pipe, ebay blowoff valve installed. This pipe will require moving the battery to the back or at least turning it sideways to make enough room.
Turbo is a Borg Warner 75mm "S475". I bought this brand new from another HPJ member. I ran it for less than 20 miles before it broke a rod in my 4.8. This is the big wheel 475, with the 1.32 turbine housing. Also has borg warner race cover as pictured. I will sell the turbo separately for $850.
I have two carb hats, one is brand new from spectre, the other is cut down over an inch to clear the stock gbody hood.

Fuel system includes stock gbody gas tank that I bought new. It has been supmed and and has two 1/2" outlets. The top of the tank is drilled and tapped to accept a 3/8" fitting for return. Currently this tank has a aeromotive prefilter and Bosch "044" pump installed. This pump is super durable and quiet will support 750ish horsepower in a carbed application like this. Also have another aeromotive filter and aeromotive boost referenced regulator. Also in this fuel system is a 15 gallon aluminum cell that was mounted in the trunk. I used this as a reserve tank for when i was running E85 and needed extra capacity. I will include the brackets that i used to mount this cell in the trunk. The fuel cell has a ball valve mounted in the outlet that i used as a way to control the seperation of the fuel in the cell and tank. All of the supply lines and fittings are 10AN return lines are 8AN
