I have about 100hrs and tons of $$$ into very good materials in an exhaust I just made. It has seen exactly 389mi. I'm likely keeping everything from the mid pipe back... but entertaining letting the headers go in favor of going turbo. These are one of a kind. These were made from 16ga 304 stainless, TIG welded. I used .500in billet stainless flanges, then meticulously formed/port matched 1.875in primaries, into custom collectors that butt right up to 3.000 vband flanges, they would come complete with clamps and concentric reducers to go from 3.000 to 2.500in. My car is slammed and they have plenty of ground clearance. I haven't seen another setup like it with the vbands. Those alone were $80 per assembly but they ensure a leak proof seal 100% of the time. These headers do NOT require any tricks to install. they slide right up from underneath... no need to remove your starter, or alternator, or loosen motor mounts, etc- you can even get them up there easily with your plugs already installed. That alone makes life easy. The O2 sensor bungs are placed perfectly, within reach of your factory O2 wiring harness- so there is NO need to buy extensions. There is tons of clearance to the AC lines, as well as perfect room for your stock or aftermarket wires. This can't be said for most any other headers I've seen installed on LS cars. The entire exhaust was hand polished with emery cloth. I may consider selling all of it... but it won't be cheap. It's easiest to reach me by TEXT to 8608979983. Thanks.
