I bought this clutch off of a 2002 Z28 along with T56, hydraulics, etc.. Guy had been displeased with his stick times and went automatic. I started to worry this clutch was worn out so bought a new one of the same model..well, the new and "old" disc are same thickness!
Come to see that it looks like the guy had a rear seal of some sort leaking and that resulted in some gunk built up on things. Once I wiped it down once and ran my fingernail inside the grooves on the clutch disc, it was obviously not very used at all.
I think this clutch has a lot of miles left on it and just needs a little cleanup. I can clean it up further if a buyer wishes, but I figured I would just give it a wipe and let you see how it came to me.
The flywheel is in very good shape and seems like it was new at the same time as the clutch. It is definitely steel as it is heavy. Can't find a part number on it. Clutch to flywheel bolts included.
Just the clutch is $750 new and that's with no flywheel. See pics below comparing new and "used" disc:

Still for sale! Only PMs today are about some wires.. There are a couple of similar clutches currently for sale here. Maybe you hit one of those guys? Otherwise PM error? I am guessing $60 to ship near(AL is near) up to $100 to ship to say West coast. But maybe I am shooting high. It's probably a little under 60lbs once you put a bunch of cardboard and tape around it. But even at $480-$500 total and some elbow grease to clean it up, it's a $1000+ setup new.
Thanks for looking!
Cleared some extra space in PM box just to be safe.
