Default Aeromotive 13129 Fuel Pressure Reg w/gauge.
Literally had fuel through it one time. Went a different route on fuel system so this is no longer needed. Comes with the Aeromotive gauge. 160$ through Summit, looking for 120$ shipped. Text for quickest response. 865-399-9624

Supply lines fittings are -8, return is -6. They are not included in the price but I will sell them if you want to add a little.
