Hey guys i need to buy a ls1 pcm for my fbody i recently bought a pcm off a member on it here and i kept asking it will work with my ls1 and he kept saying yes he said it was out of a truck i ask several times! I brought it over to Speed Inc and i got a phone call today saying it was a v6 and he couldnt put a basic tune in it i got burn so guys BE HONEST WITH ME

a4 or m6 pcm?

I have a a4 pcm. just changed my 99 z28 a4 over to a m6. so I purchased a m6 pcm.

Also, what year car, or wiring harness are you working with ? The 98's are a different pin out.

99-02 ls1 V8 PCM unlocked were i can just bring it to speedinc get a tune in it!

You need to specify if its a 6spd or auto.. If its a 6spd car you can use an auto pcm or manual.. If its a auto car you can only use the auto..

So I would say 6spd cuz I have option of both I guess!
