WTB: Good-Running LS1 382 or 383 Short or Longblock
Anyone, maybe someone who wants to step up to a 408/402, want to sell their budget 382 or 383 LS1 short or longblock? I'm not looking for a high-dollar premium racing parts engine. It would be for my daily driver Camaro, and I would want it to last for at least 50K miles as-is. May not be able to afford a AFR or other premium-headed longblock. I'd use my LS6 intake until I could afford a Fast 90.
Thanks!
Also, even if you don't have a 382/383, if you see this ad and know someone on the board who might want to sell thiers, I'd really appreciate you passing this along via PM. Thanks!

Thanks man. If it's the same one i saw (and posted in) it's just a hair out there for me. Lunati crank, rods and diamond pistons and stuff with only 1700 miles? I'm very, very tempted... but I'm looking for a cheap all-bore with stock crank probably. I don't know. I'm probably living in a pipe dream here.
