Default Hptuners expertise needed.. Datalogs inside.

Over the wkend i replaced the head gaskets on my car. Since i've put it back together I've been working out a few bugs. First i tracked down a vaccume leak, now i think i have a fuel issue...? Its not throwing any codes but ranks of fuel when it starts and when i stop at lights. I'm attaching a datalog from today, my FT's seem WAY off... Not sure where to start on chasing down the problem so can someone enlighten me on what the issue could be here? Car runs great @ WOT, but feels sluggish when i'm driving around.

Default Grounds

Check and make sure you have the grounds on the back of the head tight, also when your scanning what is your narrow band voltage if their high or not reading at all still might have a vacum leak.

Typical what I see when the LTFT peg out (25) is a vacum leak or grounding issue.

when i started it the voltage went to 1k, but then when driving its jumping around everywhere. From less than 100 to greater than 700-800...? At times the LT Fuel Trims go to 21 at diffrent times.

It still has a vacuum leak. That's why the fueling is off more at idle than it is with the throttle blade open. Not to mention all your airflow indicators are too low @ idle.

Well i used some Starting Fluid today and nothing. I did find where i had the PCV line going into the TB and not the intake... Could this have been a significant problem? I swapped them around and it seems to run smoother, havn't datalogged yep but could this have been the issue?
