Default Anyone have info on the Innovate LM-1 trade-in program

I received an email from Innovate which included an advertisement for trading in your LM-1 box for a LM-2 unit. The deal (or no deal) is as follows:

Trade in your LM-1 (cables, O2 sensor etc. do not need to be traded in) and get a $130 credit towards a new LM-1 unit. As I read it, the LM-2s are going for $479 (MSRP) which would mean you are shelling out ~$350-ish to upgrade to a LM-2. Question is, is this a deal, or NOT?

Details are here: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/tradein.php

Definitely not a deal considering you can get a brand new LM-2 "basic kit" for $299 shipped or the complete kit for $382 shipped on ebay. If you have tuning software, there's no reason to get a LM-2.
