GEN 7 DFI a plug n play my ****!!
OK, I was led to belive from accel that the gen 7 DFI for the LS1 would be a plug in, find a ground and go!. I purchased one and there still isn't a harness for the "plug and play". A company called fast trax is supposed to be making the harness for them and they told me that it would be two weeks 2 months ago. I don't want to hack up my harness to run it. Liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The GEN & came with a Harness that allows you to use the cam crank and coils. Thats what plugs in. You need to wire every other sensor including but not limited to the injectors. Fast trax is sending Speed inc a prototype harness within 2 weeks. I believe they will use my car to test it. The sooner i get the Gen & installed the sooner I can take advanatge of a larger blower. The d1sc will be replaced by a F1 and im looking for the largest frontmount I can fit! in three weeks ill tell you guys what happ. with the GEN 7 and I should be able to post numbers with the D1sc and twin intercooler set up.
I decided to go with the gen & when we maxed out my 57 lb/hr injectors at half throttle. Not to mention the MAF sensor not reading the values.
