Default Bad O2?

I think I might have burned a wire or 2 on my O2 extensions, the RH side O2 reads a constant 1v and the car is sputtering and backfiring.

I am looking to get extensions and wrap them in heat sleeves along with 2 brand new O2s.

1 of the O2s is brand new, I can't remember which one though. I looked at some logs, and the RH was always reading more volts that then LH.

Thanks

No one can help me out on this?

Before it gave up, it was also reading far apart from the RH bank. Mostly in the 800s and the RH was in the 400s.
