Need to tune if heads are added later to cam only car? I was wondering if I ran a G5X3 on my stock heads and had it tuned if I would need to have it then tuned again when I added a set of heads later on. Not sure which ones yet, most likely GTPs. Will I see a noticeable power difference between the two if its tuned?
