Can diablo predator be reflashed once it has married a vin?

Can diablo predator be reflashed once it has married a vin? I found a used predator for really cheap but it has married a vin. Can you send it to diablo to have it reflashed? If so how much does it cost, has anyone done this?

I believe that they can, but choose not to go there for
marketing reasons. You could contact them and try to
negotiate a deal (like offer to pay them some reasonable
fee) but there's no aboveboard path I've seen any support
for, on this.
