I tried to load my mail order tune for HP tuners but i keep getting this message. "Index was outside the bounds of the array." Has anyone had this problem. What should i do.

Yep sounds like you have 2.22 version, and your tuner had Beta 2.23

If you have a 2.22 tune, the Beta can read it, But if you have a beta tune, the 2.22 cant read it.

God only knows when the new release will happen. Beta has been out for two years.

I have ask HP tuners to for the Beta version and they put a link on my customer log in but i can not even get the link to prompt me to ask if i want to down load it. When i emailed HP tuners back they said it was a problem on my end. Does anyone have any idea's what to try to make it down load. Thanks

try another browser... all 3 of the browsers on my laptop will get the file without issue.

Maybe you should try asking the tuner to rewrite it in 2.22.
