to get it to work the everything has to match

Throttle body
Pedal
ECM with OS that matches the TB and pedal

other wise it wont work... just finished a loom here and plugged in the brand new ECU and powered up the loom on the bench

nothing... so flashed in the correct OS with GM TIS and Bingo.. all works fine..

so if Pedal is not the one the LY6 uses then (with its throttle body) then you will be wasting your time with it..

so far i have matching pedal and throtle body ly6.... i have e38 ecm...with ly6 flash..the ecm i beleaive was a corvette ecm,, but if they flashed it to ly6 it wouldnt matter would it.. ...so to make this work, i need ls3 pedal which i have and a ls3 tb..to make it work with dealing with comp.. or keep my ly6 pedal and tb and take car to some one to correct the os for the ly6??. im i getting it correct..

dont need O2's hooked up

here is an example of what needs to be right

car maybe strange to you but it is an example

holden ve commodore - pedal
holden ve commodore - throttle body
holden commodore - OS in the e38 (put in by GM TIS)

works good

if i use a brand new E38 which comes with anything like a silverado of even V6 then the TB will not work.. you cant even just flash in the tune with HP tuners or EFI Live as this will not fix the throttle tables... the throttle tables need to be flashed in with GMTis or Tis2Web

now assuming you have all parts matched.. where did loom come from.. cause there is also one thing that alot of people forget to do on wiring

i dont want to sound like a retard ..but what do u mean loom.. were the wires are coming from.. i check them twice to the ecm plug in..they all matched up corectly.. with pin outs.. ..
.
.
.
.
. ok..i i have matching ly6 pedal and tb.. so i need to take my car to a tuner and let him fix the throttle tables.. GMTis or Tis2Web.. he can do that with hp tuners??..

As I said above no it can't be done with hp tuners or efilive

Just because you checked the harness doesn't mean it is all there. Have fixed many other looms from supposed experts.

So ecu needs to be tis'd by tis2000 or tis2web as it is the only program that fully rewrites the ecu with the throttle tables

I live in Australia and the Holden dealerships can do it but they normally wont do it.. Thats why i have all the gear... you can either try them or some tuners may have access to the software and hardware that is needed
