Wondering who people are taking there higher hp cars to for tuning
I have a 98 c5 with a 408 and procharger. I am looking to get it tuned and i know of a couple of places up here but i want to know who people are using. I am not scared to travel some and i know alot of people are going to have differnt tuners they prefer but i am just wondering who people that are running a decent amount of power are trusting to tune there cars?

I have used new era and redline motorsports before i am thinking of changing it up not that is why i am seeing who other people are having good luck with. I also posted on CF and it seems alot of people are having good luck with ECS and RPM what do you guys think about them?

ECS won King of the Street at the LSX Shootout so they obivously know what they are doing. Also I believe that RPM tuned Mighty Mouse's turbo trans am (dont hold me to that) and he won King of the Street the two previous years. So I don't beleive you could wrong with either one of those.

A 408ci with a procharger is not a problem. We are alittle far from you.A car like that needs someone local to tweak the tune if needed.
I would highly suggest having the computer rewired to a 99+ computer system. We've done a bunch of them and tuning a setup like yours would be more precise.

Does anyone know of a reputable tuner in the Chicago area? I'm thinking of replacing my cam in my LS1 and will require a new tune to idle, etc. Anyone out there know a good place to go in Chicagoland?
Thanks for any help!
