Default STFT Question??

Any Reason to disable it in a tune? Trying to figure out a Cold start issue and log it by creating a Histo and noticed STFT is "Disabled" so the histo won't work.

Any help would be great. I'm working with a copy of HPT

Default

You can't disable it unless you are in open loop.

If you will notice that field says Disable in Open Loop, which is normal. It gives you the option to enable trims in open loop (which defeats the purpose of open loop).

STFTs are always enabled unless you go into open loop by adjusting the Closed Loop Enable Temp table to something like 285 degrees.

You can disable LTFTs with the LTFT Temp table as well (or the Disable option if you have it).

Cold start issue could be a ton of things. Injector data correct? Cranking VE, tons of startup tables in the Airflow and Fueling Tabs, OLFA table, etc....
