Default Low speed surge

I got a 2007.5 NBS 2500hd with the 6.0 and 6 speed auto. The truck has a low speed surge when the engine is under load. If your cruising down the highway with the cruise set and you hit a hill you will feel the truck surging roughly 200-300 rpm, once it down shifts it stops. It also does this during light acceleration sometimes. I have hptuners and have no real clue how to tune. My question is, is there something in the pcm that I can change to fix this?

No one? I have logged it and looked for codes and found nothing out of the ordinary. Thats what makes me think it's tune related.

It's the ETC opening and closing. My 1500 does the same thing. Don't think there is much you can do to stop it. Although, I never tried to stop it either. Any change would likely be in the cruise control tables.

Are you STFT while scaning have large +/- swings? Have a seen too much proportial fuel for close loop O2 oscillation cause surging at low speed.
