Would P0140 and P0158 codes kill my MPG?

Would P0140 and P0158 codes kill my MPG? I could have sworn we turned off my rear 02s, but I guess not.
Anyway, I used to get 20.5ish MPG, now I'm getting 18 city. On my trip to FL and back, I averaged 22ish. I used to get 25-26 Highway. I've had this SES on and off for a while.
