Default Bogging at WOT or under load

I'm trying to get my car tuned, and I haven't been able to get in touch with my tuner. I have a copy of HPTuners and I've been working on some things. My current mods are as follows;
1995 Impala SS
2005 6.0L LQ4
EPS 222/226 .597/.598 112LSA+4
L92 Heads
LS3 Intake Manifold
NW 90mm Throttle Body
Mid-Length Headers
36# GTP Injectors
Yank 3000 stall

The problem I'm having is that under a good load, the engine will bog horribly and its a few seconds before it actually takes off. It does it at WOT from a dead stop and if I go WOT from say 2nd gear. I know the MAF isn't tuned yet, as I still have to hook up my wideband through the AC to do anything 6000hz+. When I go WOT, I still see 11.2-11.4, which is WAY rich. Any help would be appreciated in trying to get this thing running a little better or finding out why it's pulling timing at WOT.

Also, I used the MAF!LTFT for the MAF log and the VE Tuning Cfg for the VE log.

Do a log at wot and see what section of the maf is used. Then go in and adjust that portion of the table. You will more than likely be adjusting from 6300-9000. Adjust untill you are close to what you are commanding in your PE. You should be able to get pretty spot on.

I think its a combination of that and the VE table, seeing as it also does it with the MAF disabled and running in SD. At first I though it might have been something to due with timing but I don't see a lot of consistent knock retard going on. I'm assuiming its from the high IATs.
