pcm ground ? 3 wires on the back of the drivers side head "check those"
and the obvious "battery conn." or could be a loose starter wire --or the pcm plug "2 bolts" is not seated right --or the worst case senario they fried your pcm--or the pcm ing. and/or the pcm bat fuse blew "right by the relay for the F.P."-i hope the bat. was disconnected when you put the pcm back in ---those are my guesses--or it could be the neutral saftey switch

not sure i would guess under the counsole but try starting in it nuetral and then try slamming it into park----but it sure sounds like a bad ground --i had one and had a goofy whine comming from the relay box--it was the ground on top of the radiator satle lil black wire with a 10mm bolt --right by the relay box can miss it--if thats not it try cranking on all those lil grounds you see on the pass. shock tower and any other ones you see

well I disconnected pcm again and then hooked battery back up also no fuses were blown I guess I will go ground hunting...the car will not start in N also and all wires seem to be grounded just fine .
