help with a couple codes could code 12 - no tach signal to computer be because the car was off when it was read?? if not where should i look for problems for it?
14- engine temp sensor, someone said this one was on the front of the water pump and after some googleing ive found it and shouldnt be a problem to fix
and code 36- 24x signal error? im not really sure about this one where should i start looking for this one at?

36 refers to no high resolution signal from the opti spark. No Tach is asociated with that I am sure. Don't need high res. to run but probably sign of more to come with the opti system.
