I have a 2001 ws6 with a custom remote mount turbo we where finishing tune today and where about to correct the speedo because I have did a a4 to m6 conversion a few years back when all a sudden the tune was loading and the car reset the fuel pump relay kept clicking will not stop and now hp tuners can not find the ecu there is power to the ecu and there is ignition power also I am lost my builder/tuner also said the car lost power during the flash so it's possibly a corrupt flash he said maybe a bench flash could solve I just want some opinions please

Unhook the battery for a couple hours or overnight and try again.
If you lost power on a flash it is likely PCM time.
