what number to change to get the quickest knock recover

what number to change to get the quickest knock recover i get a little knock on my launch and sometimes at the shift and it takes way too long to taper off. can someone tell me how to fix it so it tapers off FAST?
i tried the "knock fast recover rate", put the numbers up to 95 but that didn't seem to help. really dont know what i am doing.
what about the "knock fast attack rate" what would be a good number to put in there to reduce the speed at wich it brings in the knock retard?

Recovery is quicker but Knock Retard and Sensitivity is the same.
