Default How to run open loop?

I need to know how to force the car to run open loop all the time? I dont want to run a MAF anymore or deal with O2 sensors. I'll be getting a wideband soon for tuning. Just need to know how to keep the car in open loop. Also once in open loop, can i just use the VE table to tune rich or lean? When in open loop what tables are no longer used and what tables are still used?

Set the Cold WOT and Hot WOT to zero for all RPM ranges.

That just throws it into PE 100% of the time. Very little fueling control with PE for part throttle.
Go to the -> Eng Cal->Fuel->Closed Loop Enable Temp, set all cells to 180*C. Now it will stay in Open Loop until 320*F.
Open loop - F/A Multiplier, IFR, VE and PE tables all apply.
You will probably need to calculate a new VE table. FWIW.

Once in open loop, can i tune it with the PE table still or just the VE table?
