Default Stuck at 1500 RPMs... Help needed

So whenever I do a quick skid or just loose traction in general, my RPMs kick up to 1500 for some reason. I get the car home, then let it sit for a hour and start it back up to see that it's completely fine at idle of 800RPMs. What may be causing the idle increase after loss of traction??? Also my car has no traction control, a tune for a came, and upgraded intake manifold.
Thanks for your help

I'm not seeing any platform info, but one thing to suspect
on a 4th gen F-body is the traction control "gizmo" that
pulls the throttle back, maybe comes to rest at a different
position on release than it started. Just a little motorized
gear cluster, maybe not lubed in 15 years (ditto the cables).

Might try and catch it at its worst, and while idle is being
propped up readjust all the snap-adjusters on the various
throttle cable runs.

If this is an F-body 4th gen.

It is a 4th gen, but the tcs and cruise control module are completely removed, I saw something's about it maybe being the TPS or IAC sensor

It turns out I fixed it just my cleaning the iac and throttle body, and brought it back to the 800-900 range
