Usually you command richer fuel mixtures at cold startup so that it warms up the engine faster. Most tunes, even OEM ones are like that.

You say it's commanded and then you say it's not. I
would have to guess that maybe you're really talking
"indicated" from the wideband. There are PIDs for
commanded AFR (intent) and for wideband AFR (result,
subject to various error terms).

EQ vs ECT vs MAP is the primary table for cold / open
loop enrichment. What do you see at your idle-range
MAP and the ECT you're at, cell? 10-ish:1 is not at all
uncommon at cold-coolant positions. And this is only
intent, subject to "forward errors" through the fuel shot
calculation chain from things like a messed up low end
of the VE table (a universal outcome of swapping to a
bigger cam, needing work).

what I was trying to say is that I dont want to command 10 I am trying to set fuel to command 13 but the ecm is commanding 10 its way to rich for me but I just caught it commanded vs rpm was set rich don't know how i missed that guess its better to walk away for a bit sometimes thanks

This efilive has a huge learning curve but im getting there jumped into it with a 24x conversion on a 400 sbc 9:1 all forged accufab 1200 ebay turbo set (modified) procomp efi intake 60# injectors cs 268xfi 12-466-8 cam prostar aluminum heads and countless hours staring at a dell
