HP tuner asking for licensing after firebomb

HP tuner asking for licensing after firebomb I had to have my computer firebombed thanks to a virus. 
When I downloaded the new version of HP tuners it seemed to work fine. The problem is, when I open a tune file that I already own It is asking me to license it. I went and updated my application key to make sure that was not the problem. I also can't get the scanner to connect to any of my cars. I emailed HP but they won't respond until Monday which is fine but a friend has Royal Purple Raceway rented on Sunday and I was hoping to get some t&t done. Thanks for any help that may come along.
