I would say no, your O2 sensors are not working.
Even tiny changes in the AFR will cause huge changes in the narrow band sensors; mine are constantly swinging from e.g. 100mv to 800mv.

the code are PO134,, PO154 i have been reading about these, and most say change the sensor, mine are new i put them in when i did the motor swap , reasoning being the old sensors were different plug , i had to go to square plug to match wiring harness , could that be something in common ??? the motor is from a 06 truck and PCM is from 02 camaro i say the harness id for the 06 truck .. what do i need to do ?
thanks
thanks

A 06 truck is DBW. are you running DBW? The O2's are wired different on a truck vs camaro harness. You can repin the wires for the O2 sensors to make it work or change the tune to a truck tune and they will work if thats your issue. You're going to need to get a camaro schematic and a truck schematic and see what harness you have first.
