quick neutral question
Okay so if I'm cruising along and I decide to for whatever reason take it out of gear and pop it in neutral, the car's RPM's stay up around 1800 until I'm coming to a stop. Doesn't do this in gear. And if I'm sitting still, it doesn't do it. No surging at all at idle. And, it doesn't matter if the TCC is locked. You know when you run hard down the track, and throw it in neutral to drop the RPMs to around 1200? That's what I'm shooting for.
I haven't really messed with the throttle decay tables, so they are pretty much stock. The only values I increased a tad were from 0-8 mph, in the P/N Airflow Decay table. I also tried reverting those back to stock and it didn't help.
The only thing I can think of is that my setscrew is raised a bit to lower my IACs. But I did reset the IAC sensor and did an idle relearn...didn't help. Thoughts and suggestions?

There is a MPH setting that you have to be
under, for the throttle follower decay to begin.
Like 1 or 2MPH stock. You can change this but it
might mess up your normal driving come-to-idle.
Or not.
