Need help with an ls swap into a jeep

Need help with an ls swap into a jeep Guys I’m helping a buddy at work swap in a 2000 LS1 engine and transmission into his jeep (all stock). I’ve offered to him do some of the hard stuff but I still haven’t been able to figure out some stuff. Can you guys help me out with two things?
1. I have hp tuners and I’m not sure what need to be done to the pcm in order to get the swapped engine to run.
2. What needs to be done to start the engine up such as the ignition switch?
Like I said before, I’ve searched on google but haven’t found my answers.

Check out http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/jeep-...5-3-jeeps.html Super long read but has everything about putting an LS into a heep. I did a 5.3 some years ago and this was a great resource.
