Poor idle needing help

Poor idle needing help When I first start it the afr is a little rich but after a minute or so it goes Way lean into the 17+ afr and my fuel trims are around -30. What would cause this?. Thanks guys. heres the tune and log

No I'm trying to get a base tune first. And it's a twin charged 416 all forged engine with 609 and 628 lift cam. The last engine was the LSX376 b15 engine. It was speed density tuned as well. But the new engine is bored and has a 4inch stroke.
