P0200

P0200
2003 S10 LSX swap.
Recurring P0200 code, but no misfires reported nor disabled in the tune.
Cylinder 7 for sure, using the VCM scanner function there is a drop in engine speed disabling every other injector one at a time except 7, no change. Verified this with physically unplugging the injector (and 5 as well).
Switched injector plugs 5 and 7, problem follows the plug, verified by using VCM controls.
Verified circuit integrity by testing for 12v at the ecu plug (engine off)
12.2ohms at the injector.
Can manually operate the injector by grounding pin 43 (ecu disconnected, key on)
Replaced the wire for pin 43, just don't have pins for the actual ecu
Swapped the ecu for another, code is still there.
Wideband sits on the driverside bank, and verifies a cylinder not firing (very lean at low rpm)
I'm at wits end with this ******* truck, and from a diagnostic end I don't know what else to try

My friend is a GM tech and let me borrow his noid lights, and sure enough cylinder 8 isn't firing now.
Can't wait for burnouts on all 8 cylinders
