Source for pigtails?
Who makes pig tails for DIY harnesses?
Something with the correct color wiring and maybe 8-10' long, so I can cut to the appropriate length.
I have the correct pins that go into the PCM.
I'd like to clean up my engine bay and build my own harness.
If I could find the proper connectors and terminal ends, I might just make my own, but I can't seem to find them either.
Thanks.

Mouser.com has the terminals. They typically use GM part numbers. It would help you A LOT if you had the factory service manuals for your car. They show the connectors, etc with part numbers.
For pigtails, you can try ebay. I bought an IAT pigtail from a dealer and both wires were white, not the "factory" colors.
I redid the wiring harness in a 2010 camaro and used mouser.com for the connectors, terminals, etc I needed. I bought wiring from eficonnection.com. They have a lot of the factory striped wiring or will have something close. I think there was only one wire I needed they didn't have. They also sell pigtails.
Good luck.
For reference, here is the before and an after pic of my engine bay. It is 99% done. I still need to tuck a couple of hoses and get a bracket for the clutch master cylinder and get the original intake tube cut and welded with new angles.
